SHIPPING POLICY – REDTAGEXPRESS

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with RedTagExpress LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier availability:
- United States: 7–15 business days (standard shipping)
- International (if applicable): 10–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
We work with third-party carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver orders efficiently.
Available shipping methods may vary depending on product availability and customer location.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
6. DELIVERY LIABILITY
RedTagExpress LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, you must:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for confirmed delivered packages.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may:
- Be subject to additional shipping fees
- Be subject to restocking fees
- Not be eligible for refund until returned and inspected
9. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to customer action may be subject to:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees (if applicable)
Refunds, if approved, will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs delays
- Government restrictions
- Supply chain interruptions
